The proper way to lose weight and stay in shape
What’s the use of one without the other: strength without aerobic endurance?
They go hand in hand, life salt-to-taste and hand-in-glove.
Suffice it to say that at this stage of physical awareness, everybody wants to know the proper way to lose weight and stay in shape, and there are so many different ways that people go about it.
The sad part is what many people fail to realize about building your fitness muscles is that the best way to get into shape is to find a healthy combination of aerobic exercise and strength training.
For starter, it’s obvious to note that the reason why aerobic exercise is so important to building your fitness muscles is because it helps to regulate the amount of oxygen that flows through all of the important organs and muscles in your body, including your heart, your lungs, and other areas of your body.
The more efficiently oxygen flows through the body, the more easily the body is able to handle additional resistance, making it easier for the body to build its strength and fitness level in the end.
Personally, to balance both components out, I simply do my strength training in the mornings and jog in the evenings…or vice-versa.
So, world…what do you guys suggest…or do I pretty much have it nailed?
