1. 40-60 Ab Wheel Roll Outs
2. Unlimited Chin-ups
3. Unlimited Chair Dips
4. Unlimited Pull Ups
5. Cardio 25 minutes to Whatever (Running, Jogging, Dancing)
Diet:
The Mucusless Diet comprising of Fruits and Vegetables (Roots or Leafy Ones) and occasional Juice Fasts or restricted diet of mono-meals of fruits.
You'll see it's all natural, low-cost, no gimmicks AND you are improving your health immensely contrary to what most exercise and weight loss programs have to offer.
So, to conclude, make sure your choice of weight loss and exercise is what you'd like, can stick with and most of all as close to natural as possible.
In the long run; it will be the safest and most effective choice.
