    A Natural Cure For Cancer.

Do you realize that one of the most powerful cures for cancer is right over your head each and every day, free of charge? It's sunlight, which is astounding in its ability to prevent and cure cancer. If it were a mainstream drug, it would probably make the cover of Time magazine and be heralded as the greatest medical breakthrough in the history of modern science. It's that good.

The funny thing is that you’ve most likely heard that the sun is dangerous, causes skin deterioration and skin cancer such as melanoma. However, the healing powers of sunlight are essential and often misunderstood.
Sunlight exposure reduces the risk of many cancers by more than 50% and even helps reverse certain types of cancers through the creation of vitamin D in the body. It's a magnificent natural healing modality, and it's been right over our head every single day. Nature has a way to provide us with everything we need for our well-being. And sunlight is essential to our health. There is even a “syndrome” caused by lack of sunlight in winter in the Northern countries that affects people’s personality, their moods and eventually their health. Yet somehow, after spending billions of dollars on so-called medical research to find "cures" for various cancers, almost no one from the world of mainstream medicine has yet acknowledged the healing power of natural sunlight and vitamin D.

None of them have actually prescribed sunlight to patients, except for perhaps a handful of pioneering researchers. By and large, the medical community has not only ignored this truly miraculous cure for many types of cancer; it has worked hard to discredit it.

If there were ever a reason to lose faith in conventional medicine, or so-called modern medicine, it is simply the fact that one of the greatest cures and prevention strategies for cancer goes completely ignored by nearly the entire conventional medical community. It's as if there were a miracle medicine invented, but conventional medical doctors didn't want anyone to find out about it. Why aren't researchers promoting cures that are available for free?

When nature offers a cure that's not likely to produce billions of dollars in revenue like the cancer drug industry, the benefit of the cure are downplayed. A drug company will only promote cures that it can patent and exploit for financial gain. The way it perpetuates the cycle is to make sure that the cancer treatments it controls get a lot more press and hype than any natural treatments. You don't see sunlight promoted in full-page advertisements for its ability to prevent or reverse cancer. Instead, the medical community uses the full-page advertisement for high-profit prescription drugs that have negative side effects and actually kill people.

However, all of us have the power to heal our bodies. Healing is something the patient does, not the doctor. Healing occurs within. Healing is based on faith, on intention and the power of the mind. If you would like to learn more about using your mind to heal your body of cancer, find all the solutions and the results of 25 years of study in Cancer-Free-For-Life com.

You May Need to Change Your Diet To Cure Your Constipation

There are many things that can cause constipation and changing your diet will almost always help no matter what the cause. Some of the causes can be a diet low in natural fiber, food allergies, not drinking enough fluids, overuse of laxatives and not enough exercise.

Constipation can also be caused by a more serious health condition such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, colon cancer and irritable bowel syndrome -- just to name a few. If your constipation does not get better with diet and natural remedies, you might have something more serious and should see your doctor right away.

    Dietary Suggestions:

Drink lots of water throughout the day -- about 8 glasses. Why is so much water necessary? Food is ground up in our stomachs and then passes in liquid form into the small intestine. This is where the nutrients are removed. It then goes into the colon and water is removed so that the stool can form. Sometimes too much water is extracted causing the stool to become hard and difficult to pass. This is why you need adequate water in your diet.

Increase your dietary fiber as it helps retain water in the stools. Oat bran and ground flax seeds can be incorporated in your diet by adding them to your hot cereal, muffins or in your smoothy. Also, eating lots of raw fruits (with the skins) and vegetables will help increase your daily fiber. Keep the skins on your potatoes also.

Add prunes or prune juice to your diet as they have a mild laxative effect. Prunes have traditionally been used to keep the bowels regular. Raisins are also good.

Limit or avoid sugar and processed foods as much as possible.

Taking probiotics can also be helpful -- such as acidophilus, lactobacillus and bifidobacterium. You can find these in yogurt, kefir and other fermented foods or you can buy them in capsule form.

Here are some other foods that are recognized as having a laxative effect: coconuts, avocados, dates, dried apricots, nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.), seeds, olives, figs, pineapple, grapes and green apples.

Drinking aloe vera juice can have a balancing effect on your intestinal flora and may help eliminate your constipation.

Eating a diet of whole foods instead of processed foods, fast foods and deep fried foods can cure many a health problem and get your body back in balance, including balancing your digestive system.

Green drinks or freshly juiced vegetables and fruit can help keep you regular. They are also an excellent way to improve your health and just feel better all around as they are loaded with vitamins, minerals and many other beneficial nutrients.

Two other diet tips: Chew your food well and eat regular small meals throughout the day. Don't skip meals or eat too much at once.

If you suspect food allergies, you can either do an elimination diet or get tested to find out what foods you are allergic to. An elimination diet has you leave out a suspected food and see if you feel better. Then you reintroduce the suspected food and notice how you react. This way you can find out what you are allergic to one food at a time. Food allergies can cause constipation, so finding out what foods you are allergic to and avoiding those foods can be very helpful.

Well those are my tips for improving your diet to help cure your constipation. Also, don't forget to exercise!

I'm Intrigued, But The Events Associated With Cleansing The Body Worry Me

Very few things in life that are worthwhile come without a price and that’s just the way it is. Heck, even love-contrary to what some songs and therapists say-does have a price associated with it.

That considered, attaining improved health is also something that you would have to pay for-at least to a degree.

Now, one sure-fire way of cleansing the body and ridding it of excess toxemia would be via the use of a fast, and in spite of the fact that fasting may very well be a great remedy and cure all for several human ailments, it goes without saying that one is bound to experience some events associated with cleansing the body while undertaking such a regimen of improving health.

There are several types of cleanses that one could look into and they are each more or less effective and they include:

    1. The Water fast: This, admittedly, should be conducted with extreme caution or in a specialized sanitarium if undertaken more than 3 days.
    2. A Juice Fast or “The Lemonade Master Cleanser Diet”
    3. Fasting on Vegetable Broth
    4. A Restricted Mono-Meal of Seasonal Fruits Fast (more of a camouflaged fast)

Obviously, these options are being listed in a degree of efficiency and perhaps intensity and another connection herewith is in a reverse order, they can be used to prepare the body for more challenging detoxification based on their strength.

Any change from a poor diet to a healthy one is detoxifying and one is bound to go through some detoxification signs as a result.

This will include the removal of stored toxic products from the bowel, the blood, liver, and kidneys plus the great amount of toxic substances stored in body fat.

The indicators will include, but may not necessarily be limited to:

    -Headaches
    -Dizziness
    -Nausea
    -Bad breath
    -Glazed eyes
    -A heavily coated tongue

But, since you are still reading this and are not scared off already (which is very good…)the main thing to keep in mind is that these symptoms usually pass within a few days, depending on your previous dietetic lifestyle.

Moreover, I could go as far as to saying that with a ‘preparatory diet’ or sorts such as the mucus-less diet of raw and or properly cooked fruits and vegetables and the no-breakfast plan that I’ve discussed elsewhere in this medium, you could altogether alleviate or ease the signs of events associated with cleansing the body that may come as a result.

Furthermore, it must be mentioned that some simple, yet immensely effective exercises such as Yoga and its derivatives which include Pilates, The Royal Court and even the popular ‘Burpees’ can all be added to aid with cleansing the body and elevating your moods while cleansing…just as long as you use them when you have the most strength.

Nonetheless, I will say that while you attempt any of the cleansing programs listed above, be sure that you

    1. Get as Much Fresh Air as possible.
    2. Get as Much Rest as Possible
    3. DON'T use microwaves...at all.
    4. Avoid negative mass media and suggestions.
    5. Don't overexert yourself, at least not till you feel up to physical activities
    6. Don't break a fast with just any food...fruits are your best bet.

    Still intrigued?

    Good.

You are hereby equipped with what you need to know to make it through a cleanse and it is my sincere hope that in ’07 and beyond, improved health will most definitely be yours.

The Differences Between Anorexia And Bulimia

The distinctions between eating disorders can be confusing. While anorexia and bulimia may have some issues in common, other factors make them distinct. For parents, understanding the differences can be crucial, as early detection and proper treatment significantly improve the chances a child will recover. Following is information to help distinguish between the two.

    Definition:
Anorexia is more common in teenagers, while bulimia is more often seen in women in their 20’s. However, don’t make the mistake of thinking there is a set age for either of these diseases. Here are differences between anorexia and bulimia based on the American Psychiatric Association’s definition:

    Bulimia Nervosa
•Recurrent episodes of binge eating (minimum average of two binge-eating episodes a week for at least three months).
•A feeling of lack of control over eating during the binges.
•Regular use of one or more of the following to prevent weight gain: self-induced vomiting, use of laxatives or diuretics, strict dieting or fasting, or vigorous exercise.
•Persistent over-concern with body shape and weight.

    Anorexia Nervosa
•Refusal to maintain weight that's over the lowest weight considered normal for age and height.
•Intense fear of gaining weight or becoming fat, even though underweight.
    •Distorted body image.
•In women, three consecutive missed menstrual periods without pregnancy.

    Signs & Symptoms:
While both disorders focus on an obsession with thinness, anorexics display noticeable, often severe weight loss while bulimics usually maintain a healthy weight. Here are other signs and symptoms of these two eating disorders:

    Anorexia
    •Avoids eating
    •Exercises excessively
    •Weighs food and counts calories
    •Wears baggy clothes
    •Takes diet pills
•Has dry skin and thinning hair
•Has fine hair on other parts of body
    •Acts moody or depressed
    •Feels cold
    •Has frequent sensation of dizziness

    Bulimia
    •Has a puffy face
    •Exercises excessively
    •Has swollen fingers
•Has cuts and calluses on the back of the hands and knuckles
    •Discoloring or staining of teeth
•Goes to the bathroom a lot after eating (to purge)

    Health Issues:
Both disorders can cause severe health issues. Bulimia damages the digestive system and can affect electrolyte balances, which in turn damages organs. The starvation of anorexia causes the body to slow down to preserve energy, which in turn has adverse consequences. In extreme cases, both can lead to death. Other health issues include:

    Anorexia
    •Reduction of bone density
    •Cessation of menstrual periods
    •Fatigue
    •Depression
•Irregular heart rate, leading to possible heart failure
    •Mild anemia
    •Muscle loss
•Possible kidney failure due to dehydration
    •Low blood pressure

    Bulimia
•Possible rupture of the esophagus due to frequent vomiting
    •Fatigue
    •Depression
    •Stomach pains
•Irregular heart rate, leading to possible heart failure
    •Constipation
    •Tooth decay from stomach acid

    Treatment:
When seeking treatment, parents may find their child resists admitting they are ill. In dealing with a child suffering from an eating disorder, treatment for involves a team of specialists: doctors, dieticians, and therapists. Self-help groups and treatment centers are also effective. Following are treatment goals and options for anorexia and bulimia, based on recommendations from the National Institute of Mental Health:

Anorexia: The treatment of anorexia has three main phases:
    •Restore weight loss
•Treat psychological issues such as depression, self-esteem, and interpersonal conflicts
    •Achieve long-term recovery and remission

The use of anti-depressants for treating anorexia should be considered only after weight gain has been established.

Bulimia: The main goal in the treatment of bulimia is to eliminate binging and purging.
•Establish healthy and consistent eating habits, i.e. three meals a day at regular times
    •Encourage healthy, not excessive, exercise
•Treat psychological issues such as mood or anxiety disorders

The use of anti-depressants for treating bulimia has been shown to be helpful for those with bulimia and may help prevent relapse.

Colon Cleansing And The Bible (where it all began...actually!)

The colon is a vital component of your body and having a clean colon is important to your overall well-being. Even the bible refers to the colon as the seat of the personality. Although there was still much left to be discovered about the colon when the bible was first written, the importance it placed on the colon was certainly warranted. Even then, it was obvious that a constipated person was not a happy or productive person. In essence, it was understood that a person with an improperly functioning colon was not in the best of mental states and those with properly functioning colons tend to be more relaxed and easy going.

The Natural Colon Cleanse as Described by the Bible
Within the bible, you can discover the secrets to a natural colon cleanse and to keeping the body healthy. Genesis 1:29 states “Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.”

So, just what are these “herb bearing” seeds? Simply put, an herb bearing seed is a plan that does not develop into a long existing woody plant. This includes grains such as corn, barley, oats, millet, rye, rice, and wheat. It also includes seeds such as sesame, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, and flax. Legumes, such as lentils, peanuts, soybeans, and peas, are also herb bearing seeds. There are also a number of succulent foods containing seeds, such as cucumbers, bell peppers, green beans, eggplants, okra, melons, tomatoes, squash, and pumpkins.

The reference in the bible to trees with the fruit of a tree yielding seed include fruit and nut trees such as palm fruits, citrus fruits, sweet fruits, brazil nuts, pecans, almonds, cashews, and walnuts. Later, as man sinned within the Garden of Eden, additional foods were added to man’s diet. These original foods, however, are those that should be most prominent in your diet. And, as any nutritionist can tell you, these are the foods that tend to be the highest in fiber and that will help get your bowels moving properly and help you maintain a healthy colon.

Taking Care of Your Body, Your Temple
Caring for your colon through natural colon cleanse techniques is an important part of taking care of your body, which is your temple. According to 1 Corinthians 3:16, 17 “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.”

1 Corinthians 6:19, 20 goes on to say, “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are brought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.”

By failing to take care of your colon and the rest of your body through proper diet, you are failing to take care of your temple. As such, you will experience the destruction referred to within the first passage – namely, constipation and an overall feeling of grumpiness or fatigue.

Getting Help with Your Colon Cleanse
Of course, if your colon becomes really backed up and sluggish, you might need a little extra help with getting things moving again. Just following a high fiber diet such as the one described within the body may not be enough to get your colon moving and to have a successful colon cleanse. In this case, you might need to use a natural product such as Oxy-Powder. Oxy-Powder contains only natural herbs and actually lifts the mucus and sludge from your colon.

After completing a more intense colon cleanse with a product like Oxy-Powder, you can keep your colon healthy and clean by following the diet as recommended by the bible. Although meat and other foods was ultimately granted to man, it is best to keep a limit on these foods as they were not originally a part of God’s plan. Rather, they are symbolic of the sins we have committed while upon the earth.

The same holds true for processed foods, which were never a part of God’s plan. After all, Genesis 3:17-19 reminds us that He originally intended for us to only eat those foods which we have used the Earth to create: “And unto Adam He said, Because thou hast harkened unto the voice of they wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it’: Cursed is the ground of your sake; in toil you shall eat of it All the days of your life. Both thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you, And you shall eat the herb of the field. In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread Till you return to the ground…”

And, above all, remember with everything you consume “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31)
