Eat Fruits the Day before Your fast

Okay, so you want to use the tip of fasting to attain weight loss or for improving your health right?

That is great and is worth commending if you stick with it.

However, one thing must be stressed, just because you think you are about to not eat for several days and will be depriving yourself of food, don't think you can just stock up on unhealthy food items like a binge at McDonald's or likewise and then start a fast.

Boy, will you be wrong!!!

For one, when you detoxify from the practice, you are sure to be weakened and feel extremely unwell as a result, secondly, experts have stated that what you eat last before a fast is what you may perhaps crave for as you reach the end of your regimen.

Moreover, from my experience, since you would want to ensure that the bowels are at least half-way clean before commencing a fast, you would want to eat items that have a laxative effect on you to assist with the overall cleanse, and such items do the exact opposite.

So, where does this leave us, well, try to eat fruits the night before your fast, in reasonable amounts and preferably one item.

Or if you're not so obliged...at least try veggies..raw or properly cooked.

Hint: boiled Potatoes (is Saline water) with mashed avocados and a little sea-salt are a great pick for this.

Of course this is not everything you need to know about fasting for weight loss or whatever
however, it is one very essential part my friend...
