Natural detoxification of the body is a path that although it may be laden with obstacles at first, it is indeed worth its pursuit.

Why?

Hey, we all want to be healthier, happier and more energetic and these are just the things that come as a result of going on a regimen towards natural detoxification of the body.

So just how do we go about achieving such a state?

Well, arguably the fastest path will be a fast. Now don't cringe in fear just yet. Using a fast for natural detoxification of the body comes in several methods and types-all more or less effective, but adaptable to whatever level of discipline you may be willing to give in return.

These methods include:

1. The complete water fast: This, admittedly, should be conducted with extreme caution or in a specialized sanitarium if undertaken more than 3 days.
2. The Juice Fast: This is much easier for the general populace and can be undergone as long as you feel like it.
3. The Fruit Fast: This, well, is really not a fast per se…but when one lives exclusively on SEASONAL ORGANIC fruits for days on end…meaning mono meals (2 at the most ) of only one kind of fruit say Apples in Fall, Melons in summer for a week plus, you will be bound to see the benefits.
4. The Dry Fast: This is another camouflaged fast where one consumes ONLY dry fruits such as dates; figs etc for 3 days or thereabout and then breaks the fast with a laxative. Though highly praised in some quarters, it’s not so common.

The second and third choices are by far my personal recommendations for those seeking to lose weight or for natural detoxification of the body, however, if it still come across as being difficult for right now, I have yet another option.

In comes the mucus-less diet menu plan.

Diet Plan for natural detoxification of the body



Based on scientifically proven research on thousands of people for over two centuries on such health principles as food combination and assimilation, the human body goes through a cleansing process from twelve midnight until twelve noon, and a building program from twelve noon to twelve midnight, therefore our meals during these respective periods should be harmonious with these processes of natural detoxification of the body.

As a result below is a suggested daily menu plan to cure a myriad of human ailments be it acne, asthma, excess weight, body detoxification experiences etc.

Though you may experience slight to no discomfort such as mild dizziness for the first couple of days of adhering to this suggested dietetic change, do not be frightened as these are merely detoxification symptoms of the body which are sure to pass in no time. Moreover, this simple discipline is bound to make the lunch meal even more enjoyable and filling. Try it for yourself and see!

Breakfast:

A choice of the following
1. A tall glass of Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice.
2. A tall glass of Fresh squeezed lemonade flavored with genuine maple
Syrup (the darker the grade the better)

Lunch:

A mono-meal of an organic fruit in season for example: Apples in the fall and winter, Melons in the summer, Berries in spring.

Dinner:

Fresh, home-made salads.

A simple dressing could be
(a) Lemon juice, olive oil and un-iodized sea-salt
(b) Avocadoes or Green coconuts blended with tomatoes and some sea salt

Or

Raw and/or cooked root vegetables such as Celery, Carrots, Potatoes, Plantains, raw or slightly heated fruit veggies (these can be blended into Soups or dressings for your salads)

Also covered will be the following topics for the proper diet.

Now, Your body detoxifies itself all day and for the biggest part during your sleep. Especially until noon it is therefore sensible to eat fruit only. Your body has to dispose of the toxic elements it receives from stimulants, nutrition and pollution.

If you stop the stimulating of your body with a certain stimulant there is a good chance that the following is the result:
# an immediate loss of energy;
# emotional symptoms such as headaches, sickness and depressions, but take heart these are only temporary while going through the whole process of natural detoxification of the body mates.

Exercise Does Help With The Process of Natural detoxification of the body



One more thing that I must briefly mention in regards to detoxification experiences is that exercise (especially in fresh air and sunlight)will work immense wonders in easing the symptoms as well.

The exercises I personally recommend for Natural detoxification of the body are

1. Yoga.
2. Body Weight Calisthenics (The Ab-wheel, chin-ups, push-ups etc)
3. JOGGING in the fresh air
4. Dancing to some Good ol' fast music.

Trust me, besided elevating your moods, whatever body detoxification experiences you may be going through, (especially fatigue and low-moods) will be greatly (if not entirely) alleviated.

Furthermore, Aerobic and Anaerobic calisthenics, like Yoga, possess the ability to loosen constitutional encumbrances (thus aiding the whole process of natural detoxification of the body) through various kinds of vibrations and thermal differences which consequently speeds up weight-loss and overall improved muscular tone, endurance and strength and as mentioned earlier, exercise is an overall great mood enhancer folks!

So, there you have it folks; tips to handle any body detoxification experiences one may experience as a result of a Natural detoxification of the body. With these tips it should not be as hard and very well may help immensely.
