According to experts, it's safe to say every day we have so many thoughts about the future. Suffice it to say many of these thoughts are worries.
We worry what someone thinks of us, we worry about failing a performance, job interview, test, or completing a part of our work. We worry about our health.
However friends, this neither makes us feel good, nor does it put us in the right attitude for success and happiness.
So, it's safe to conclude that instead of projecting negatively into the future, visualize positively as a regular habit.
You don't need to spend any more time doing it than you presently spend on negative thoughts. Begin by replacing the negative with the positive. Picture yourself being successful today in what you have planned for your day. Imagine finding good opportunities.
It is noteworthy to point out that as soon as you catch yourself worrying, reverse your thoughts quickly.
Visualize yourself being good at all things you are doing or wish to do. You learn fast. You do good work. You listen well to others and have good relationships. You are healthy and have energy and alertness.
Remember, as a man thinketh in his heart...so is he....
