Fasting is one Sure Anti-Aging Trick
Professor Arnold Ehret, the author of the mucusless diet healing system, and pioneer of the natural hygiene movement in the 20th century once stated that if a human subsisted only on the mucusless diet, he will never grow old!!
Well, that might be exaggerating it to a degree, but it's safe to say the aging process in such a person would be drastically slowed down...and what other anti-aging solution could one ask for but that?
Now, the mucusless diet consists of Fruits, properly cooked vegetables (or raw ones) and the occasional fast (No Breakfast plan, 24 hour fasts etc), but as the caption of this posting suggests, the last component of the diet, is perhaps the thing when it comes to using diet as a solution for anti-aging.

Well, when you rest the stomach, you allow the body to naturally rid itself of excess toxins and this in addition to the healing process that occurs while fasting all work together to delay the aging process while at the same time bestowing the practitioner with seemingly boundless energy and fitness...when done right.
