What's The Best Anti Aging Face Cream?



Hmmm.

Well, when you consider the infinite choices on the selections and products, it may be quite hard to decide exactly which one is the best anti aging face cream.

Suffice it to say there is no EXACT right one. Last time we checked, everyone's face is different.

Nonetheless, I did my own research and some anti-aging physicians (dermatologists) do say that though there might not be a direct answer on the best anti aging face cream, some things that all should (or would) have in common are:

1. They all supposedly should protect you from the sun.
2. That choices of the best anti aging face cream should do more than offer just sun protection but should be helpful with cosmetic benefits.

They go on to add that the specific choice that will be the best anti aging face cream for a person will depend on pin-pointed needs.

For example, someone who is not showing signs of aging just yet will more than likely select a different choice of an anti-aging face cream than one who is.

In this scenario of trying to figure what is the best anti aging face cream, one's best bet will be to read labels, ask questions, do research online and perhaps inquire around to see who may have had success with the use of certain products.

Hey, this can only help prevent adverse consequences such as allergic reactions and what not.

Here's How to Supplement The use of Your "Best Anti Aging Face Cream"



Anti-aging solutions through Facial Massaging.

Okay, coming from a guy who had to deal with years of acne, if someone could be an authority figure about taking care of the face, I think it's safe to say I could be an ample candidate.

No, I'm not 'metro-sexual', but I do know that a lot matters when it comes to how the face is presented and since acne treatments may at times help with anti-aging solutions, to a degree (heck, smoother skin does account for something right?), I now present some tricks I read on about facial massaging for reversing the aging process (and of course helping with acne)

In addition to alleviating acne symptoms, the facial massaging described here has the added benefit of firming up the skin and adding tone and definition not unlike what costly plastic surgeries, face lifts and the claims of makers of the best anti-aging face cream claim they can do.

Consequently, such undesired features as wrinkles, spots, crow's feet, sagging jaws etc are alleviated and beauty is all the more enhanced with the systematic combination of the exercises provided and the proper diet issued within my e-book: Fitness: Inside and Out- A Guide to Improved Health, Vigor and Vitality, which is available on the link to my site below.

Technique:

1. Wash your hands, especially your fingertips, thoroughly.

2. Now with your thumbs firmly gripping your jaw-line, proceed to pressing with the free four fingers the upper jaw line working from the center outwards.

3. Do 2-3 sets pressing firmly.

4. Now press the areas directly above the jaw line in the same center-going- outwards-direction firmly 2-3 times.

5. Do this working upwards till you reach the forehead line.

6. If done correctly you should see little specks of dead skin on your face.

7. In a feathery motion, pinch at the entire face for as long as you desire (1-2 minutes) using all the free fingers in firm actions grasping the skin.

8. Now, in a downward-scraping motion using the finger tips, rub the jugular veins located at the sides of the neck (6-8) times, and then massage the outer part of the chest right next to the armpits in a firm circular motion ensuring you breathe deeply as well.

According to the Egyptians (and from my own experiences) this simple procedure has a marked effect on alleviating bags and crow's feet from the eyes and directing the flow of toxins away from the face.

9. Wash your hands with soap and rinse the face with cool water only-gently but firmly.

10. Wipe dry with a paper towel (or a towel you use only for your face and nothing else. Keep this towel in an exclusive location and wash it every other day).

Guidelines to Remember:

*Never repeat the use of a pillowcase in 2 days, always change them nightly so get 7 clean ones. Be conscious of how they are folded to ensure you sleep on the unexposed side upon unfolding the pillowcases. As much as possible, keep unwashed hands off of your face, if you must touch it, say for example, to scratch an itch, ensure to use the back of your hands.

*Try to sleep on your right side

*Wash your hair with a mild shampoo every night especially if you use greasy hair products, or use a wrap-around nightcap that covers the hair and ensure the cap is washed every morning.

*If you can, visit the steam room of a gym 3-4 times a week to induce heavy perspiration or as an alternative, boil water (make sure it is cold water from the tap not warm or hot water so as not to inhale toxic chlorine during the steaming process) or better still, use bottled water. Heat it to a rapid boil then steam your face by immersing it into the pot several inches from the water and let the steam open up the pores (ensure to have a towel draped over your head).

Execute this practice for about a few to several minutes or until you sweat. Now rinse off with cool water. It is suggested that you shampoo your hair after steaming the face as you had a towel draped over your head previously. Next, massage the face as was previously described and after the final rinse, you can either wipe it or allow it to air dry.

*Another point that I must stress based on personal experiences is that by every means possible, Avoid the use of Microwaves. The source of information on this is given in Chapter 13 of the downloadable e-book on my site.

In addition to these helpful external tips for facial anti-aging solutions, perhaps the search for THE best anti aging face cream should start from within. Folks suffice to say that one of the best things you can do to reverse (or alleviate )the presence of signs of aging will be to do the following:


1. Detoxification:


It’s important to start a detoxification routine, a process aimed at getting rid of toxins from our body. Our body metabolism has done that process, but in everyday life we are exposed to so many chemical hazards from air, food and environment. Fasting or just consuming fruits and vegetables are ways to detoxify our body and this is touched on in great detail for proper results in Section 3 of my e-book: Fitness: Inside and Out.

2. Get Sufficient sleep:

An observance of nature will show us that animals love to rest and sleep. They get as much sleep as they want. Rest and sleep are essential to recharge our nervous energy. Our Physical, emotional and mental balance depends on the quantity and quality of these vital necessities. They are the only things that recharge these batteries and allow for the proper elimination of metabolic wastes. Hey, sleep may very well be the best way to beat the bags under the eyes and prominent crow's feet right...?

3. Eat a Proper Diet:

Your face and its skin is perhaps a great reflection of what you feed your body with.
This might play arguably the most important role in the use of any so-called 'best anti aging face cream'. Remember: “You are what you eat!” Eat the right foods as described in Section 3 of my e-book (yes…you guessed right, your fruits and veggies: The Mucus-less diet!) and you’d be bound to retain youth, flexibility and virility even as you advance in age. Of course, in a wise combination with the next factor, this natural anti-aging discipline will be enhanced even further!

4. Practice Positive Thinking:

"Guard your heart for it is the well-spring of life...", "As a man thinketh, so is he"
Folks, what you constantly allow to navigate through your mind does reflect itself right on the image you see in the mirror. Though it may not be as important a factor as the one's above, wearing a smile on the face has been reported to strengthen the facial muscles and keeping the skin firm and attractive. I mean it does beat wearing a frown which has been proven to actually put stress on the face you know.

Trying to include the points above in your path to using even the best anti aging face cream, (if they ever MAKE one that is) definitely can't hurt and very well may help immensely.

    Using Alternative medicine for treatment of arthritis



    Arthritis is a general term used to describe a large grouping of health conditions, all of which manifest symptoms of pain and stiffness.

    The more common forms of this disorder that may warrant the search for an alternative medicine for treatment of arthritis are

    1. Osteoarthritis
    2. Rheumatoid arthritis (autoimmune involvement)
    3. Gout
    4. Psoriatic arthritis
    5. Ankylosing spondylitis
    6. Fibromyalgia and
    7. Infectious arthritis

    Now, when one considers that the most prevalent debilitating form, rheumatoid arthritis(RA), affects 3 million people in the U.S. alone, and the far more common osteoarthritis(OA) afflicts and additional 16 million diagnosed cases, it leaves no room for surprise that the search for relief via conventional or alternative medicine for treatment of arthritis is a constant struggle for the affected.

    So, is there really such an option for alternative and non-conventional treatment?

    Perhaps there is.

    Research has indicated that certain forms of herbs that could be types of an alternative medicine for treatment of arthritis could include:

    1. Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum)
    2. Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) and
    3. Burdock (Arctium lappa)

    These herbs supposedly assist the organs of detoxification and elimination (liver,bowels,kidneys,skin,lungs, and connective tissue), by removing toxic substances such as environmental toxins as well as those generated internally (endobiotic toxins).

    Apparently these herbs can be combined with regimens of cleansing or elimination diets, fasting, colon hydrotherapy, saunas, lymphatic drainage techniques and homeopathic detoxification and drainage remedies(detoxosodes) to further decrease the toxic load on the body.


    For patients suffering from joint and muscle pain due to rheumatoid arthritis, soothing herbs such as marshmallow root and okra, and L-glutamine could be considered as helpful and specific forms of alternative medicine for treatment of arthritis for this specific case.

    In addition, in a large majority of people who suffer from muscle and joint pains,
    Dysbiosis”, the proliferation of “unfriendly” microorganisms, including bacteria, yeast, fungi and parasites are documented to be very prevalent.

    In the case of this dilemma, some recommended herbs that could help include:

    Barberry root

    Citrus Seed Extract

    Black Walnut Hulls

    Oregano Leaf Oil

    SYMPTOM #1: POOR CIRCULATION

    Ask anyone who suffers from arthritis and they will more than likely tell you, they experience poor circulation in their limbs. This can be especially detrimental as
    poor circulation traps stagnant intracellular fluids in the joints and decreases the availability of nutrients needed for repair and growth of healthy tissues. However, this can be aided by stretching exercises and massage, along with the topical application of alternative medicine for treatment of arthritis.

    Such choices include:

    1. Menthol: This is one of the principle essential oils derived from peppermint, and acts as a powerful analgesic when applied topically. Initially, it produces a cooling sensation to inflamed areas, followed by a profound cooling effect.

    2. Capsiacin is a resin found in many species of 'hot peppers'. Scientific studies have proven that Capsiacin depletes substance P, a chemical believed to be overabundant in the peripheral nerves of patients with arthritis, fibromyalgia and other painful syndromes. Substance P is released in response to injury or inflammation and pain.

    3. Camphor This is a penetrating, medicinal oil derived from the tropical tree, Cinnamonium camphora. When rubbed into painful, stiff joints, ligaments and muscles, it provides soothing "camphor-ice" relief.

    4. Wintergreen(Gaultheria procumbens) is a low growing evergreen shrub found in the damp woods of the Eastern U.S. Oil of wintergreen has chemical properties similar to salicylic acid- an aspirin like compound with pain relieving properties.

    5. Cloves(Eugenia caryphylii) and Allspice(Pimenta diocia)These both contain the essential oil Eugenol. This substance acts as an excellent anesthetic meaning it numbs pain. Folk healers in the Caribbean use these herbs as forms of topical alternative medicine for treatment of arthritis .

    SYMPTOM #2: PAIN:

    While one suffers from an attack from arthritis, the additional, yet very discomforting symptom is quite simply...pain. Suffice it to say that finding an immediate solution to this encumbrance is the desire for many and arthritis sufferer.

    Since arthritis comes as a result of the deterioration of the soft tissues that cover and protect the joints and the inevitable event of the bones rubbing against each other.When this happens, the bones rub against each other, which is painful.

    While doctors are still on the process of determining what exactly causes arthritis, many believe that the deterioration may be caused by the pressure of gravity on the joints. Through yoga , these aspects of a person's physique and life can be greatly enhanced.

    Yoga Poses can help strengthen your joints which is crucial in preventing and dealing with this bone and joint disorder and the use of alternative medicine for treatment of arthritis by doing the following:

    1. Making your joints function normally, thus reducing the risk of stiffness.
    2. With its virtue of balance, Yoga practice helps regulate the levels of uric acid in the body.
    3. Alleviating obesity, which may also be avoided through the practice.

    Here are the basic Asanas which can help you in dealing with Arthritis:

    1. Easy Pose (Sukhasana)
    This is one of the classic Meditative Poses and is usually performed after doing the Corpse Pose. The Easy Pose helps in straightening the spine, slowing down metabolism, promoting inner tranquility, and keeping your mind still.

    2. Single Leg Raises
    This Yoga Pose is performed in order to prepare the body for other exercises. It benefits the legs, lower back muscles, and abdominal area. In practicing the Single Leg Raise, one leg is raised while the other one stays on the floor.

    3. Shoulder Stretches
    Shoulder Stretches are great in relieving stress and tension on your shoulders, as well as your entire upper back. Practice them daily for several weeks and notice the changes.

    4. Neck Exercises

    Or

    Raw and/or cooked root vegetables such as Celery, Carrots, Potatoes, Plantains, raw or slightly heated fruit veggies (these can be blended into Soups or dressings for your salads)

    So why not give these pointers above a try.

    They definitely can't hurt with using alternative medicine for treatment of arthritis and could possibly help a whole lot.

    Tips On Anti-Aging Solutions



    Let's face it, we all want to remain and be young looking even when the inevitable kicks in and we begin to age.

    In spite of the fact that it is a natural process, aging is oft-times looked upon as undesirable in our image conscious society, so it comes as no surprise that on an almost daily basis, there is the constant search for anti-aging solutions.

    However friends, if there is a magic pill for anti-aging solutions, there is no doubt among leading researchers that exercise is it. Nothing comes closer to achieving anti-aging effects in our body as exercise.

    Nonetheless, from the perspective of finding the right anti-aging solutions, the real question is not whether to exercise, but more importantly, what kind of exercise, how much, and how often.

    Now, exercises for anti-aging consist of 3 separate components:

    1. Flexibility Training
    2. Cardiovascular Training
    3. Strength Training

    Let us now look at each of the three components in detail.

    Anti-aging solutions Tip#1: Exercise-Assessing the three Components.



    Flexibility Training Program

    Inflexibility is a noted symptom of physical deterioration and a critical element that must be addressed in any anti-aging exercise program. As a result of misinformation, most people go straight into an exercise as part of their anti-aging solutions plan without warming-up the body and stretching the muscles. That said, you need to learn exactly how to include flexibility training and stretching into your busy schedule taking no more than 5-10 minutes a day of your time.

    Cardiovascular Training Program:

    Cardiovascular (aerobic) exercise is an important part of anti-aging solutions through any exercise program. It is one of the greatest anti-aging bullets available.

    How?

    1. It must be noted that the list of benefits from aerobic exercise resembles those obtained from the popular HGH (growth hormone pill) growth hormone.

    2. Aerobic exercise also increases the level of HDL-cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, improves the immune system and helps protect the body against a host of chronic diseases.

    Strength Training Program

    Several anti-aging experts agree that strength training should be an integral part of any anti-aging exercise program. The reason is simple: After the age of 30, our muscle mass begins to decrease by 6-10 % with each decade. This means by age 70, we have only about 50% of our muscle strength left!

    Therefore, increasing strength through your anti-aging solutions program should receive equal attention as the other components of anti-aging exercises listed above.

    It must also be noted that strength training, as a form of an anti-aging exercise, activates your pituitary gland to release growth hormone (growth hormone is a key anti-aging hormone).

    Taking this into consideration, when strength training is combined with the cardio aspect of exercise for anti-aging solutions, one is bound to see an increased level of anti-aging hormones released into the blood stream which of course lends to a successful delay of the overall aging process.

    Are There Any Anti-Aging Solutions In Yoga?



    Yes.

    Although some degree of air-brushing, make-up, plastic surgery etc may mask aging in most stars, the ones that practice Yoga such as Russell Simmons, Madonna, Sting, Ricky Martin and Angela Bassett, all still maintain a look of being and feeling young.

    If they are not fair examples to use as yardsticks, well research has shown that regular practice of yoga as a form of exercise for anti-aging solutions is indeed very useful and works immensely towards the cause.

    Yoga helps in slowing down the aging process by providing elasticity to the spine, firming up the skin, removing tension from the body, strengthening the abdominal muscles, eliminating the likelihood of a double chin, improving the quality of loose arm muscles, correcting poor posture and so on. Thus, of the numerous benefits of Yoga, anti-aging solutions are very important ones.

    Moreover, when combined with other forms of body-weight exercises such as Pilates, Hindu-Push Ups (both being direct descendants of Yoga) and Calisthenics, you are definitely bound to see a drastic delay in the whole aging process.

    Some yoga poses such as the Sun Salutations, The Shoulder Stand and the Abdominal Lift Exercises in Yoga have been known for centuries to delay aging naturally (of course in an adherence to a proper diet).

    Anti-Aging Solutions (Tip #2)You Need Vitamins...Natural Vitamins!:



    When using an anti-aging exercise program, keep in mind that the need for anti-aging vitamins best derived from a proper diet remains an essential factor. The vitamins are items of a very complex nature. Each one of them has special work to perform. They control the body's use of minerals. If the mineral supply is deficient, there is less for vitamins to do. Taking this into consideration, a proper balance of vitamins and minerals is thus imperative for proper functioning of the endocrine and hormonal systems which are the core ones that lead to the success of any anti-aging solutions via exercise & a proper diet.

    The main vitamins needed are

    1. Vitamin A
    2. Vitamin B complex
    3..Vitamin C
    4. Vitamin D
    5. Vitamin E
    6. Vitamin K

    Suffice to say your best bet will be your fresh fruits and vegetables. These will also be the best source of Minerals for anti-aging purposes such as Calcium, chlorine, copper, Iodine, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium and Sulphur which are all absolutely essential for any anti-aging solutions program.

Our body metabolism has done that process, but in everyday life we are exposed to so many chemical hazards from air, food and environment. Fasting or just consuming fruits and vegetables are ways to detoxify our body and this is one of the greatest and most effective anti-aging solutions out there.


    Anti-Aging Solutions (Tip #4):Sufficient sleep-


    An observance of nature will show us that animals love to rest and sleep. They get as much sleep as they want. Rest and sleep are essential to recharge our nervous energy. Our Physical, emotional and mental balance depends on the quantity and quality of these vital necessities. They are the only things that recharge these batteries and allow for the proper elimination of metabolic wastes. Besides, most of us already know how we look when we don't get a good night's rest...bags under the eyes etc

    Anti-Aging Solutions (Tip #5)Proper Diet-


    This might play arguably the most important role in any anti-aging solutions program.
