Weight loss training exercise programs | Weight lifting training program

Beginning Weight loss training exercise programs

All you have to do is do a search in www.submitexpress.com to see how many people search for something related to weight loss training exercise programs. It's an astounding 1 million or so per month!

Well, it may be because everyone wants to look, feel and be good looking and healthy. Heck, everyone wants to be loved and accepted right?

That considered if you are one of those looking for weight loss training exercise programs or a weight lifting training program, I humbly present the information in this blog to assist in your search.

Folks, in regards to losing weight, the very first thing that I think any and everyone must keep in mind is this fact: It begins with the thoughts.

See, I'll go on a limb and say nothing is easier to do than to lose weight!
That of course is if you put your mind to it!

The very first step to succeeding at weight loss training exercise programs is TO CHANGE YOUR DIET.

There's a cosmic law that goes : "you are what you eat", if you eat right and nourish your body with the best of foods, namely the mucus-less or mucus lean foods (Lots of organic (or safe conventional) fruits, Leafy and Root Vegetables and perhaps some whole grains such as Brown Rice (soaked overnight), Millet, quinoa...that is good enough to form the basis of a healthy diet and when done right, can be pretty tasty actually. So there really are little or no excuses for not being able to adhere to a healthy diet...if you really want to that is!

Other factors to keep in mind when engaging in weight loss training exercise programs or a weight lifting training program are as follows:

* Set your goals
* Set a timeframe for your goals
* Figure out how to meet your goals with an exercise program
* Structure your program
* Maintain your program

Now, since weight loss training exercise programs and a weight lifting training program differ to some degrees, I'll have to branch off and deal with each exclusively.

The Core of Weight loss training exercise programs

Personally, I tend to believe that using calisthenics for both methods of exercising
(weight loss training exercise programs and a weight lifting training program), is well worth the process.

This is because calisthenics are known to have the ability to loosen up constitutional encumbrances through various kinds of vibrations and thermal differences.

Now there are two types: Aerobics and Anaerobics.

Now for weight loss training exercise programs, you want to focus more on aerobics.

These include such common exercises as jogging, long distance running, swimming, walking, and mild dancing. In all of these activities there is a constant supply of oxygen and thus can be performed for longer durations of time. They are great for increasing muscular endurance and toning the body.

This is not to say that you should neglect strength training, but since the goal is weight loss, then it has to be more aerobics.

Nonetheless, for strength training, you could use such body-weight exercises as

a. Unlimited Ab-wheel rollouts to failure
b. Unlimited Chin-ups
c. Unlimited Chair dips/ Push Ups
d. Unlimited Pull-ups

Now, for those seeking more of a weight lifting training program...

The Core of a Weight lifting training program is...

Do more of Anaerobic exercises.

These are intense exercises which can only be endured for a few moments. They are short bursts of high-energy activities involving the use of muscle groups at high intensities which exceeds the body's capacity to use oxygen to supply energy thus creating an oxygen debt. Okay, we've made sure to define anaerobic exercise, let's see about the effects of anaerobic exercise.

Due to the absence of oxygen as in aerobic activities, the body has to rely on an internal metabolic process for oxygen which leads to a muscular explosion and an eventual increase in size and mass. Other examples of anaerobic exercises are lifting heavy weights, wrestling (thus the huge size of the gorilla!), rope climbing, speed cycling etc.

Other tips that matter for a weight lifting training program include knowing the essence of

-Warming Up, Cooling Down and Stretching

-Importance of Blood Supply to Your Muscles and Lifting Speed

-Proper Technique, Range of Motion, Exercise Selection and Sequence, Number of Sets

-Relationship between Resistance and Repetitions, Progressive Resistance

-How to Avoid Over-Training

It is also essential that when you are designing your own weight lifting training program that you
include the tips below for optimal success.

Weight lifting tip 1: Not providing your muscles with enough rest will often prevent you from making improvements.

Weight lifting tip 2: Muscles generally require about 48 hours for the resting and rebuilding process before you work them again.

Weight lifting tip 3: You should never train the same muscle groups on two or more days in a row (abdominals are the exception)

Weight lifting tip 4: Remember: always allow your muscles a chance to grow, especially when you are feeling overtrained.

Weight lifting tip 5: A common weightlifting recommendation is to do at least three sets for each exercise and at least three exercises for each muscle group.

Weight lifting tip 6: Ideally, you want to always be going through a momentum phase in which you try something new and "shock" your muscles, forcing them to make gains.

Obviously, since in the case of a weight lifting training program, the goal might be to increase muscle mass and strength, here is one tip I just researched on from a book by a Raw-Food Weight Lifter, Stephen Arlin.

Believe it or not, it is to eat 1 (or 2) large meals a day only...(You know what, he actually laid more emphasis on one meal !)

In a nut shell, he borrows this from Sumo Wrestlers who pound for pound might be the strongest (yet biggest) athletes.

They fast all day and eat a massive cooked meal at night, The body then thinks there is a shortage of food and the metabolism slows way down. Now when they eat right before going to bed, the body is not really able to assimilate most of the food, thus they gain weight (though not heavy weight).

Now, imagine if the meal at night were the natural fruits and veggies suggested earlier, and of course if you stayed still for about an hour after such a meal at night. Well, it will be a similar an much healthier boon for your weight lifting training program.

Arlin states that he lifts the weights, runs and gets plenty of sunshine and fresh air during the day then eats at night (raw foods actually) and is about 6' 1" (225 lbs)!

Well, that about covers some tips on key factors for exercise before going into actual routines and regimens and all. I've put up this blog to give information on other tips, but for the two main ones targeted today (weight loss training exercise programs and a weight lifting training program), these are the main ones.
